Kids BJJ (4-5, 6-9, 10-14)
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program introduces children to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that focuses on ground fighting, leverage, and submissions. We cater to our student’s age and experience to ensure a fun and safe learning environment.
Adults BJJ (14+)
You’ll start a journey of martial arts, fitness, and character development when you start training at Niagara BJJ. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be able to grow amongst encouraging peers and instructors.
Niagara BJJ’s kickboxing program is new, yet thriving. Kickboxing is where Muay Thai and boxing unite to create a fighting style based on various kicks. It’s a great workout and builds self-defense skills.
